Welcome to Leadership Academy where we help people to be everything they were created to be so that they can have an abundant and fulfilling life.
We do so through speaking, coaching, training as well as facilitating transformation tables.
BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE
We believe that God our Creator has a say in every aspect of our life, and that by having a vibrant relationship with Him and following His ways, we can experience an abundant life.
We want our teachings and materials to be biblical and practical for all. And we want our ethics to display God's character.
HAVE A GROWTH MINDSET
We believe that the only guarantee that tomorrow will be a better day is that we grow today.
We believe that God gives us the will and strength to do what pleases Him, and as we are being transformed into the likeness of Christ, areas of our lives are challenged, and one decision at a time, we can grow.
VALUE RELATIONSHIPS
We believe that people matter. Just as Jesus gave His life to save people, we exist to help people be everything they are meant to be.
We would like to support children and teenagers navigate life and make good choices, young people to grow in self leadership and character, and adults to use their influence to bless their community and ultimately the world.
