As a certified John Maxwell Team speaker, trainer and coach, Onisoa is passionate about equipping others so that they can reach the full potential they were given.

Married to her best friend Aina, homeschooling mompreneur of three beautiful daughters, founder and director of Tots Haven, based in Antananarivo, Madagascar, Onisoa has always tried to find ways to add value to others whether it was through tutoring in her teenage years, leading a youth group at Scripture Union, teaching both in Madagascar and South Africa, serving as a school leader at Youth With A Mission, or training, mentoring or coaching teachers and leaders.

As a certified Maxwell DISC trainer, she can help you and/or your team to grow in getting deeper insight on your different personalities and therefore build stronger connections.

As a certified Maxwell Family and Parenting Guide, she can help your family to apply universal principles for leadership in the home.

Finally, as a lifelong learner and a Christ-follower, she believes in being bigger on the inside than on the outside, and living a life of significance.
